Mixed Media Education

Let me explain something first, my major I'm currently working on is ACM but I u;ultimately want to teach multimedia to students using business techniques. A little complicated so you can ask me questions if you have any. There are three sites that I want to put as recourses for getting into a educational career like mine. First, theres the Discovery Channel where they have cool, fun ideas and tools on how to show students what's in the world around us. Discovery has a series of clips called The Human Body that show how the body works and how its properties function. This is just one example of a medium in which students today will learn in an entirely different way. Second, The Sinclair library Wong A/V Center where there is the greatest collection of mixed Asian and Western independent films in the Pacific rim. Critical studies on how western influence changed Far Eastern cultures into what they are today or the wide range of religion and how each religion grew and spread across miles of land to get to where they are. Besides, where else could you get a better recollection of Pearl Harbor and World War II and the Pacific Aviation Museum. Starting from the classroom using videos of documentary footage to Computer generated concepts on how what was once left to the imagination can now be shown with clarification.
